"The fact my project has gotten to this point is a testament to Deanne's tenacity, the people she knows, her persuasive skills, her knowledge of the process, and high ethical standards. Deanne gave me a very reasonable price and, despite having gone thru hell to get us this far, she has never even hinted that she wanted to renegotiate our services contract.   She has always had my back and once reminded me that I'd already paid a bill that I was ready to pay again.  Despite it all I've never seen her upset.  She responds to all my calls. I'm quite sure I would have eventually bailed on this project had I hired any of the other architects I'd interviewed for this job.  She has a good sense of humor and a quick laugh.  Thanks, Deanne, for pushing me down the road and not giving up!!! -Dan, (View Review on Houzz)
