With its commanding views of Los Angeles, Chalette is nestled in an area of LA characterized by a 14-foot height restriction. The surrounding homes have a low profile, allowing for the most breathtaking views, spanning from Malibu to the San Gabriel Mountains.

The new design for this home included adding a three-car garage in front of the existing garage, which was transformed into a gym and a theater. Interior spaces, such as the master bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living areas, underwent remodeling and updating. New energy-efficient windows, doors, and insulation replaced the old ones, while new appliances, flooring, and fixtures were installed throughout the house.

Structurally, we opened up the rear wall and installed nana doors to allow the clients to fully appreciate the spectacular views of Los Angeles.
