Roxbury is a historically significant part of Los Angeles, potentially listed as a Historic home. In order to preserve the original architecture, no changes were made to the front of the house. All alterations were made at the rear of the property, where we added double doors leading to the backyard, which now features a new pool and a two-story ADU.

Inside, each bedroom was reconfigured as an ensuite with an attached full bathroom. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms underwent extensive redesign to bring the charming home up to date with efficient windows, appliances, and insulation.

The two-story ADU includes living quarters on the first floor and a spacious bedroom and bathroom on the second floor.
